Lighthouse Games interview questions

3 stage interview process, got to the 2nd stage of the interview before not proceeding further. Interviews themselves were pretty good but the response time on finding out if successful took some time and required chasing (around 2-3 weeks).

After filling out a bunch of prescreen questions, I had a 30 minute interview. I just got the feeling there was no sort of connection there, given that it seemed they hadn't really looked at my CV or knew much of the projects I worked on.
