Interview
This is not an Account Executive position. The whole process was filled with red flags. Group interview with no conversation first, the second interview was with a base level employee and very vague. Received an same day with no actual description of the job (just repeated buzz words and corporate jargon) Its an in-person contacts sales rep, NOT B2B, selling home internet and subscription in public retail spaces and street events on behalf of someone else aka "Multi-level Marketing". Think Cutco and Herbalife. I went in person to get some information and learn more and was given a w-4 immediately in office that had not one single reference to the company name. A giant photo frame full of pictures of events but not one of them had the same group of people. Lastly was they didn't exist in any major corporate data base (I.E Zoominfo etc.)

Interview
I "interviewed" with them for two different positions. The first time was for their Columbus location in February and I was told the time I would meet with them (not asked). They also said I was shortlisted as a top candidate which seems like an automated email. Then when I confirmed everything I sat on the zoom call for 30 minutes waiting for them to let me into the meeting. The host of the meeting was there but never let me in, so I emailed them multiple times over the next two weeks and heard absolutely nothing. I was frustrated, but let it go since I was still interested in their company and the positions they had open. So later on, in March I decided to apply again to a Columbus job with them. I received the same email stating I was shortlisted as a top candidate and I could choose between two times the next day to meet. None of these worked with my schedule with work so I rescheduled to a different day with a bit of a hassle. We met in the first round with 10 other candidates and then in a second round with one other candidate. Come to find out this position isn't even for the location I applied for! Apparently they just moved HQ to Raleigh, North Carolina and never changed it for the job listing or the banner on their LinkedIn Profile... On top of everything, the first round of interviews was based solely on appearance and how you visibly carried yourself, we were not allowed to speak... I don't know how this even helps to narrow candidates, but it was shocking to see none the less.

Interview
Received a text about a zoom interview on Monday that was for Tuesday at noon. Ended up being 25 people in the interview where they only talked. Then we had to wait between 2pm to 5pm if we made it for a one on one interview. I called making sure this all was legit. Sounded a bit sketchy. I have been scammed before. So today, I was supposed to have my interview. Got the text about getting a zoom link but none never came. I was really stressful and a bummer. I texted at least two times with no response till 4:30pm and they said had technical difficulties. They could of told me. They offered to have a zoom interview, which I declined. I just don't trust them. Just letting everyone know applies here might have a bad experience.
