Contacted by a recruiter. Phone screening with recruiter. Video interview with recruiter and the CEO/Founder. Ghosted after interview. Whole process took 3-4 weeks. I was also told upfront that the expectation was to work 50-60 hours per week. CEO seems more concerned with talking down to candidates instead of actually interviewing them. It seems like he doesn’t trust anyone to take over an area of the business.

Interview
Applied and was asked to interview. Interview felt super unprofessional, it was conducted by an intern who seemed like he had no desire to be there. He would ask a question, take notes, and move onto the next. Felt more like an interrogation than an interview.

Interview
After applying I received an email saying I was on to the next step which was a culture and personality assessment. After waiting a few days and hearing nothing, I reached out and was told that they were reviewing applicants. A few minutes later I got an email informing me that I had made it to the next step and which was a copy assessment. Never heard back and did not feel like reaching out once again.
