There was a three-part interview process. The third part of the process included a "customer" (someone from the company pretending to be a customer) calling you and asking for basic information that could be found on the website. The interviewers wanted to assess your customer services skills. The "customer" never called during the predetermined they said she would call. I reached out to the company via email to advise them of this. They profusely apologize and said she would call the next day at a scheduled time. Once again, the "customer" did not call. I received a rejection email the next day without being assessed for every part of the interview.

Multiple steps including meeting with HR and had several interviews but I got to meet the manager and several team members and it gave me a good feel of what the position entails
