Interview
I applied online, they first reached out to me via phone, and after that I had a technical interview, which was pretty good actually. Although I had no relevant experience for this job, I had a good time since the interviewer was quite positive towards me. After that, there was an HR interview, which mostly covered questions like "why do you want to work here?" etc. I found this interview in particular a bit disrespectful since they made assumptions about me being an analyst like "I dont believe that you want to become an analyst, you apply to this job just because the money", even though they didn't know me fully. Also, one of the interviewers were connecting through while driving a car, and i couldn't see his/her face during the meeting, which was a bit odd and made me feel like they will not care about new employees. That particular person was also fueled me with his/her cv, like "I went to this school, I did that, what did you do", and I did not enjoy this attitude. Eventually, after the second interview, I didn't get the job but I didn't feel like I missed a good opportunity. Note: They said that I applied to this job for money but I am pretty sure that my salary expectations were very low for them, so they decided to interview with me, I believe. Notes to HR: Please do not interview us while you are driving a car, it is dangerous, and it's giving mixed signals for new employees. Also, we do not care which school you went, which career stuff you did; and most importantly do not make assumptions.
