There was 4-5 stages to the interview process. Stage 1 - Phone Interview with the in-house recruiter, Stage 2 - Phone Interview with the hiring manager. Stage 3/4 - Face-to-Face interview with the hiring manager and an additional department manager as well as case study. Stage 5 (which happened on the same day as stage 3/4) - chat/ interview with 2 team members.
The case study was a presentation on the a business and their current performance with LinkedIn Marketing solutions. I was given 20 minutes to analyse and then discuss the performance and make suggestions on improvements.
The recruiter was very nice but slow to keep me updated and informed on my feedback, though this might have been down to the managers delaying the outcome.
