Two stage interview process - one with technical questions and a get to know you session. If you are being interviewed as a lateral they expect you to know your stuff so you cannot fudge it on the spot. It is not something you can prepare or study for.

2 interviews, 1 HR interview about competencies and another with two partners to talk through my experience and a case study. The case study was provided a few days before and answers were submitted in advance of the interview.

Firstly, written test. Then, being interviewed by the head of the HR department. Lastly, the HR brought me to meet the department head and partner. The whole interview process was around 30 minutes to 1 hour
