Rep was super energetic and enthused to have me move through the interview process, called immediately after I submitted my application. Was asked to submit a questionnaire (which bordered on unprofessional in my opinion) and video introduction. Was told they'd reach back out by end of week. I circled back. Never heard back. It's fine to move onto other candidates. That's all interview processes. In this job market, I'd be nice to see an employer promptly communicate with candidates.
