Little Fishes Swim School interview questions

Super easy. Asked my favorite stroke and asked if i would sing them a disney song. Gave me a tour and said you’re hired. Couldn’t have went better. Stayed with them for years afterwards.

The interview was incredibly comfortable but never allowed the typical one-on-one analysis of potential candidate(s). That probably explains the large turnover rate of two of their locations. Advice: A group/panel interview is fine, but if you pit your candidates against each other in them and never have the actual formal one-on-one interview, you're going to end up getting a poor employee. Use both or stick to the status quo.
