It was fairly easy just oneround. I had applied on their website and invited directly to the store. I was introduced to the store and deli manager. The deli manager took a short interview

Introduce yourself and tell us what motivated you.
Not a bad interview, asked questions about how well you work in a team and that nature. Just prepare behavirual questions. Should be ok, think of past examples etc. Should also complete research on the company and the branch
After applying online on their careers page, I received a call for an interview . I was asked about my availability and if I'm comfortable working with meat. I said yes. They asked how soon can I start. I replied within a week's time.
