Interview process consists of two rounds.
1. Take home assessment of their platform related issues, minimal work is required.
2. Technical interview with the person.
Its usually tech stack focused less on dsa.

Informal. Casual. There is no HR so there wasn't a formal process of setting up meetings or multiple rounds. Questions were direct and straight to point. Negotiations were not very productive.
