There were several rounds of interviews. It was mainly group interview format with a couple 1:1 interviews. There were also two personality and skill assessments included in the interview process.

Interview
Relatively simple interview questions - make sure to do research on the position you're interview for as well as what Lockton does. They're very flexible - make sure to show your enthusiasm about the company.
Was smooth and interviews done in 3 weeks. Met multiple levels of the team and gained a deeper understanding of the role. Interviews were flexible and did not demand you to do anything out of the ordinary.
Multiple interviews but they kept in touch every couple of days. Some were over the phone and the last one was in person. All of them were quick except the last interview which took about one hour.
