It was a well planned and time bound interview process. Interview was planned in three stage process. First stage was answer to specific question was recorded online and was submitted. In second stage, it was a role play based interview and Third phase was based on skill set.

One phone interview with HR, followed, some weeks later by an online interview with the hiring managers and some peers.

Interview with line manager about interests on why to join and skills. Interviews with peers and team to see for a good fit and potentially more skill related questions.
