Interview
After a 15-minute phone call with their recruitment team. A 30-minute interview was organised and conducted with one of the team leads in that Lab division asking technical and competency interview questions.

Question 1
Introduce yourself with reference to your CV What would you describe to be your biggest strength and biggest weakness when working in the lab? If you are struggling to keep up with the workload in the lab, what would you do?
My suggestion: before the interview, reflect on your past roles and projects. Identify key experiences that highlight your skills, achievements, and learning moments. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your stories in a compelling and organized way
Sehr netter Personaler, freundliches und konstruktives Telefongespräch- leider war die beworbene Stelle bereits vergeben. Wurde aber für Stellen in Zukunft vorgemerkt und werde mich bald darauf bewerben. Weiterzuempfehlen. Das Gespräch war eine positive Erfahrung.
