Contact by a recruitment agency, then interview at the company with some "lead" scientist and HR representation. Their R&D lack of experience in other place where daddy does not work, they are expecting nothing than perfect and lacks of empathy and good manners. The HR representation is just there to protect the "leadership" from his own lack of courtesy.
