Video Interview with a series of questions but your not talking to anyone just yourself recorded. It was okay but it was weird not talking to anyone in person. They used a system that generated the questions for you and you can practice before hand.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton (Geneva) in Mar 2025
Interview
Erstes Interview ca. 45 Minuten findet online mit HR statt, typische HR Fragen über bisherige Erfahrungen, Ausbildung, etc. Zweiter Schritt war ein Gespräch mit zwei Teamleitern im Store in Genf, auch hier Fragen zu bisheriger Erfahrung und zur Passion und Motivation für den Job.

Cool chill group interview they really care about the standards and ask questions about the role and get to know you better. Overall good experience nothing crazy just try to stand out
First asked to submit a video answering few questions about myself and why I’d like to work for Louis Vuitton, than had two interviews (last one with the store manager)
