Meeting at hr with the recruitment team, then if successful a meeting with a store or department manager at the store that has a current employee vacancy, interviewed with questions that relate to the brand and that exact store.

Interview
Group interview over 6 hours, with visit of the store, group exercise, and individual interviews. Very polite but also quite unclear on what they were looking for and what to expect if you ended up working.
