The director was very interested in knowing she had the right person for the job. She asked direct questions about my previous experience with record keeping and maintaining patient confidentiality

one to one interview with branch director, then phone interview with regional clinical director. Need to have knowledge of home care regulations and leadership experience. Pleasant, professional, curious. Hired quickly as they were in need. Great team to work with. Its a shame they were bought by Epic, I really enjoyed the company's ethics, philosophy and mission.
