Several steps. Phone call, test, panel interview. The test consisted of finding various laws and answering questions based on the laws and correctly citing the statute. It was done over zoom, but that may be only due to the whole covid thing.

Interview
It was a relaxed interview process. More conversational. If the position is short term, they’re more interested in getting it filled than finding the perfect candidate match. I am not sure how in-depth interviews for more qualified and long-term positions are, though.
