I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lucidoc (Redmond, WA)
Interview
Met some of the team at a job fair, had a technical phone screen with two developers, came in for another technical interview (some whiteboarding, some discussion-based) followed by some HR-related questions.
The team was friendly and responsive throughout the entirety of the hiring process, I never felt left in the lurch.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Lucidoc (Redmond, WA)
Interview
Lucidoc is void of any professional courtesy required in the hiring process. Due to what I learned while applying here, I know they're not an organization I respect enough to be a part of.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lucidoc (Redmond, WA) in May 2014
Interview
It was average, I got an offer for $33,000 which I declined. They were not willing to raise it to $50,000, my minimum salary I was looking for. Good thing I did, the next offer I had was $95,000. Lucidocs is small and cheap, not a lot of employees.
