Lumeon Project Manager interview questions

Two telephone interviews, one with Head of department and one with senior Product Manager. Both an hour long. Good detailed job description. Both asked similar questions but from slightly different perspectives.

Standard interview. Two people in the panel, first a brief introduction of the company then they start to dig into the CV, asking example of previous works done and scenario of potential issue, that I am quite confident is what they are facing right now. The interview went really well and they had me confirmed already for the second and final stage, as my recruiter confirmed as well a couple of days later. Then, all of a sudden, their Operation Manager I think made a complete U turn, blabbering something about 'not senior enough' (for the record I have more than 10 years of experience). I would have rated the experience positive considering the people were friendly and the interview has been overall a positive experience, if it wasn't for the fact that the company seems to be growing pretty much like every other one related to Healthcare and the NHS (politic, internal pushes, power struggles et similia).
