The interview process was structured and transparent, consisting of three stages over two weeks. After applying through LinkedIn, I was promptly invited to complete a video interview with the company’s AI recruiter, an intuitive, tech-forward experience that streamlined the process efficiently.
The AI interview covered standard questions related to skills, experience, and how I could contribute to the team. This was followed by a virtual panel interview with two management leads, which focused on situational judgment and conflict resolution. I highlighted my ability to build long-term client relationships and adapt communication strategies to meet diverse needs. Each interview felt personalized and purposeful, creating a strong sense of rapport and connection at every step of the hiring journey

I was initially contacted via email for a phone call to explain the position. After that I was sent an email to fill out a case study on how I would handle certain clients. I then had 2 30ish minute calls with 2 people on each call.
