I had two interviews with the company that made me more excited to work with this company. Both interviewers were friendly and the conversation felt natural. I was told in the second interview that the following process is to meet my future colleagues at the Stockholm office. However, a week passed, and I did not hear from them. I sent an email to the recruiter and got an answer after a couple of days; "we have concerns regarding your motivations to work for the company, and the team thinks you are looking for a role in sales". I did not mind them saying I did not have the right qualifications but this displays a lot of unprofessional and improper behavior. I was clearly interested and very motivated to work with this company which is why I was disappointed with the feedback I got as I find it vague and unclear.

It was very simple and straight forward. I met few of the big wigs and they were all straight and narrow. We talked about usual stuff and they looked at my CV and said when can you start.
