Interview via zoom, then in person. Focus on experience, but also on desired job and environment. HR test to assess personality. Its important to be a good team player. Average to easy questions. Aim is to assess a basic level of competence and then judge the approach.

How do you bring up a new electronic card that has just been built and delivered to you?
It had 4 steps, two zoom meetings and then a psychometric online interview and a final onsite interview. The process was very long but also interesting. I got to learn a lot about the company and the work culture and also about myself.
