The most inept inept, disorganized, and unprofessional process I've ever participated in. I was contacted in late October for an HR phone screen after which it was determined I would move on to the next steps of the process. Initially, I was asked to complete online reasoning and Excel assessments, which took a total of 4 hours. Apparently I passed as I was asked to participate in SEVEN interviews which took place between early November to mid-December. At various times, participants on the company side either completely failed to show up to Zoom interviews or cancelled in-person interviews at the last minute. At other times, I would be asked to participate in interviews with only a couple hours notice. To be sure, the writing was on the wall throughout the process, and at no point did I expect to get an offer, but as a professional I expected to be treated with significantly more dignity. My last Zoom interview occurred in early December with one of their European based employees. I did not hear a word until early January when I REACHED OUT to HR to confirm that I was no longer being considered. To summarize, after a total of 8 calls/interviews and several hours spent working on assessments, the company did not have the courtesy to reach out and tell me I did not get the position.
