Very friendly and engaging, the interviewer spoke a lot about what the business has to offer. It was more a conversation than a classic interview. Questions were more on what I wanted out of the role than what my academics were.
Very Informal and friendly. Asked more about personality and goals as opposed to technical questions.
HR were friendly as were the partners and never felt intimidated - made to feel at ease with the interviewer.

Interview
I applied online and was invited to a first stage interview online, at the end of the interview I was told that I will be invited to the second stage in person and she would be in touch to arrange. A week went by I heard nothing, I contacted them they never responded to me until 2 weeks after telling me they decided to go with another candidate who had relevant experience. They already knew the experience I had on the CV and they delayed responding for weeks even after I followed up. I simply did not appreciate being told you will be invited to a second stage and then ghosting me!
