Eccentric interview process- no questions asked based on competency and was mostly them speaking. Say they are an equal opportunities employer and that they value creative/ diverse people yet will discriminate if you go above and beyond to show your work ethic. Took them at face value that they were honest ( as their own values state) yet they weren’t. Not worth the time
