Online Application Review & Selection. Selected for the job very early in the interview process. Offered minimum salary despite qualifying clinical background, current/active experience and MSN prepared. Was told they have to think their employees who may be in the department or role. The Institute of Medicine in 2010 urged and advocated for health providers to aggressively pursue higher degrees in support or decreasing morbidity and the leading health institutions are minimizing our achievements and insulting our intelligence, abilities, and clinical competency.

The interview was about 20 minutes in duration in front of a panel of 2 people. They asked roughly 6 questions all of which were pretty general. No scenario questions were asked. The interview was in a large room where other interviews were simultaneously being held.
