After applying for the job, an interview was scheduled. after the interview I meet with 3 other individuals to interview with them also. They called me a couple of days later with an offer over the phone.

There were 4 separate interviews. They weren't too bad but on the final interview ( after they told me the job wasn't truly remote) they ghosted me. The lady mentioned that since I wasn't in town they wouldn't be able to do the training with me. The job was marketed as remote although

Interview
Screened by the recruiter and then had an onsite interview the PI. After that, the PI asked for three references letter. Waited about one week to receive the recruiter's phone call to negotiate the salary.
