applied online for GSBS PhD in Nov 2011. got the interview invitation in Jan 2012. onsite interviewed one day by five faculty members in Feb 2012. each 1:1 interview lasted about 30 mins. very nice people. not many technical questions. they just introduced the department/research/life in MDA to me. that's all about the interview. no telephone interview. got the offer about two weeks after interview and accepted it.

Submitted a resume through a department director I met at a reception and was scheduled in for an interview a couple weeks later. Had an initial interview with the administrative director and and director, then another round with the department chair.
