The interview process was really easy. I was interviewed (via video) by 3 women who have worked there for a number of years (most likely will retire there) It seems as though they didn't want "new blood", even indicating that you cannot use ANY personal electronic items (ie, cell phone inside to take a picture outside) whatsoever in the office. I get it, but it was an
odd comment.
There was even a comment made that someone was annoyed that the "younger staff" talks to each other near her desk area.
It was very odd, so I definitely didn't want to work in that type of environment.
I can honestly say it was one of the weirdest interviews I ever had. It was unfortunate, since it seems like a great company to work for, but not thanks!
