They wont really interview you. Its just basic question, are you available at this time and do you think you will be a good fit? after that "Congratulations, we would like to discuss further salaries and work duties in a second interview" Its a Scam Company Btw, the job is working with a table on the road to sell their product. No sale = No salaries

Interview
They are a mlm scam! Do not interact and report them! They had me sit in the office for over 30 minutes before "training" started. I got in a lady's car and we drove an hour from Midtown to Brooklyn before she explained they would not be paying me hourly and I needed to be selling "Government Phones" to people on the street. None of the prices were set, they were just deciding based on the top sales person on the corner.

Are you comfortable standing out on the street in the heat?
Fine if a bit awkward. Very vague about the process and the job, also told me the second interview was me spending half a day (5 hours with them, unpaid).
