Interview was about an hour long. They look more for personality than experience which is great. Experience was also discussed and just sat and had a conversation with the manager about our life experiences and life.

Interview
One 45 minute phone interview with the CEO which was scheduled as a 15 minute phone screening. Following the interview I recieved one follow up email that they were still in the process of deciding next steps, and then they completely ceased communication. Seemingly, they only spoke with me to try and understand the structure of my current organization. Definitely left me with a negative impression of the organization.
