They asked me to complete a case for the interview and requested it within three days. Although the case itself wasn’t very difficult, it involved developing a multiplayer game—even though I had already stated that I didn't yet have experience writing multiplayer code. At the time, I was working full-time and couldn’t fully grasp the complexities of balancing a multiplayer game. As a result, I submitted a version of the case that only partially functioned on the multiplayer side.
During the interview, they handed me a form with various questions. Based on the answers I provided, they evaluated me and often told me my responses were incorrect, explaining what they believed the correct approach should be. However, I noticed some contradictions between their feedback and the actual practices I observed within the company.
