There is two interviews. The first interview takes places after you pass the application process, which is a telephone interview. Then if you pass the telephone interview you are invited to a virtual assessment centre. Which is split in to two parts, the first part is a group exercise with other candidates and the second is your final interview with a senior members or the mace team. This is the final stage and in a week you will be notified through a call if you have been offered the position. Overall both interviews have the same genetic questions however as the second one is virtual you must exaggerate your body language and speak clearly. With the assessment centre make sure that your are using leadership skills however do not over power other candidates and let everyone take part during the activities. After the group activity the senior members who you will present the solution to problem of the activity will ask a few questions. This may take you by surprise however you must answer at least one to show your confidence and thinking on the spot. Everyone is nervous and scared to talk so don’t feel intimidated by all the faces on the zoom call. Good luck and enjoy it.
