Fairly enjoyable and slightly commercially challenging. Three components: written exercise, competency interview and case study. My favourite aspect was the competency interview as it was more of a casual conversation than a drilling interview type.
Very nice, Everyone was very easygoing and lovely. A lot more laid back than I expected. We were firstly put into groups for the group negotiation exercise, and then given the written exercise. Lastly the day finished with an interview with a partner and a senior associate.
The assessment centre consists of roughly 3 exercises if I remember it right: written exercise, negotiation, and interview with partner and associate.
Partner and associate are friendly and very nice.
