Macy's EDP Program interview questions

The program recruits heavily at my school so I went to one of their meet and greets, met a recruiter and learned more about the program. I applied and accepted an initial interview-- 2 thirty minute back to back interviews. Was accepted to second on-site interview. A full day of activities and interviews with HR and product managers and 2 weeks later got a call with job offer.

was really easy, very behavioral, asked about your experience, it was a college interview so nothing too technical. also has a group portion where you have a group case to complete
