Bring you in and just want to see how you would handle certain scenarios. Remember, the customer is always right!! Otherwise it was just me and the manager for that department. Dress for the role as well

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (East Brunswick, NJ) in Jul 2018
Interview
I submitted my online application (resume + cover letter as well), then got a call for an interview. My in person interview was with my counter manager and the hiring manager. They asked a few questions about my sales experience, my cosmetics experience, etc. I was contacted for a second interview a few days later with the district cosmetics manager, and she asked similar questions. It helps if you have social media displaying your talents.
