I applied online. Got an email asking me to pick an interview time slot. Met with one woman who asked a few questions like "why this job", "What are your past experiences in retail", etc. Very easy interview and I was essentially hired on the spot. It was very laid back and casual.

apply online, get phone call for interview. Interviewed with 2 managers. Told you on the spot if you got the job. Came back for 2 days training and out on the floor you go. The other employees are great in helping you learn your job as you go!
