Met at college recruiting fair. Interviewed at college with 2 interviewers (one behavioral questions, one project you must answer). Flew me to Cincinnati for final round interviews over two days. Met with other candidates, went to dinner, toured headquarters and flagship store. Second day was intense round of several individual and group interviews.

The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
