I did a walk-in for the hiring event and was hired. It was pretty basic: asked me why I wanted to work for them, what my sale experience were in the past, and how would I go about selling a Macy's card.
I attended an in-person hiring event at Macy's. The interview process was very easy. They just asked you a few behavioral questions and about how you would sell to customers a Macy's card. I didn't know what position I would get but I got Style Advisor.

Interview
I attended a Hiring Day and got an interview that same day. The interview was about half an hour and they asked questions mainly about my past retail experience and availability. I was hired right after to work full time in the dress department.
