I attended an in-person hiring event at Macy's. The interview process was very easy. They just asked you a few behavioral questions and about how you would sell to customers a Macy's card. I didn't know what position I would get but I got Style Advisor.

I attended a Hiring Day and got an interview that same day. The interview was about half an hour and they asked questions mainly about my past retail experience and availability. I was hired right after to work full time in the dress department.
