Fill out an application online. Scheduled an interview online after receiving an email to do so. Went in and there were 3 other people.interviewed by men's department manager. Very unprofessional, and he seemed very distracted and stressed. He couldn't find a place to interview so we walked around the store and talked instead. And my interview was interrupted by him giving orders to his department. Then we ended up out in the mall on chairs. Loud, awkward. I would never work for this company after this interview. Or shop at their stores.

The interview process was not that bad. The hiring manager was nice. They ask you basic interview questions like tell me about yourself etc. the place is chill basic customer service,

easy going customer service related questions. The manager asked me about how I would handle angry customers Also asked me about what I would do If i saw a coworker steal
The interview process is easy. It will walk through typical customer service questions, your past experiences, and how you would get customers to sign up for a credit card. They are looking for weekend availability.
