I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Made In Cookware (Austin, TX)
Interview
There were two interview rounds. The first was with a recruiter and covered standard questions. The second was with a member of the leadership team and was also fairly standard. While I did not receive an offer, the process moved quickly, and feedback was provided promptly. I appreciated the speed and transparency of the process.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Made In Cookware (Austin, TX) in Sept 2024
Interview
I went through over 4 hours of interviews, in addition to a C-suite presentation and a data exercise, for what was advertised as a full-time role. After investing significant time and effort, I was instead offered a contract-to-hire position at a much lower rate than expected. This bait-and-switch tactic felt unprofessional, and I would not consider interviewing with this company again.
