The whole process was done online and three rounds in total. The first was with HR, very friendly and easy to talk to. We went over my background, experience, and career goals. The second round was a technical interview with the team leader, which focused more on my skills and how I’d approach real work scenarios. The final round was with the CTO, who asked some higher-level questions and seemed interested in how I fit into the team’s long-term plans. Overall, the process is smooth, professional, and respectful.
