I interviewed at Magical Maths (Nottingham, England)
Interview
Quick 15 minute phone call to ask why you want the job and availability, if you are selected you then get put onto a training session and then you begin working after this
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Magical Maths in Nov 2015
Interview
After the initial online application form (that requires two references), you get a phone interview. This phone call was very casual and more like a friendly chat. Then there was a training day when enough tutors had been recruited - this took a number of months in my case.
