Magicard Embedded Engineer interview questions

What i can recommend: 1-Don't hide your real job and create a salary according to the market. 2-Don't spend the candidate's time for travel to Weymouth (also it takes time and money) and hear after "We can't hire you because of bureaucratic problems and end of the financial year" - at least not polite. 3-Team Lead with Embedded Linux + Kernel + Docker for 50k - very strange.
