It was a fun and interactive interview. It was thorough yet not intimidating. It was a very good experience. From that moment, you know you'll be trained and well taken care of.
Magnetic Alliance interview the person, not just their skills. The interview process was all about getting to know me and my personal goals and values and how that would fit in the business.
