Following the phone interview, you may participate in an additional 1-2 group / peer interviews on-site before your references are checked and you are potentially offered a job...you MUST be proactive in keeping the communication line open as it may take 2-3 weeks to navigate the process through Human Resources and the department where the position will ultimately be.
