I applied online. I interviewed at Mamfelion Marketing
Interview
Returned for a second interview scheduled at 9 AM. Walked into the waiting room on the third floor, full of people, and was told to wait in the main lobby until the people who had come for their first interview were all taken care of. Then they would move on to the people who arrived for their second interview. I had a strange feeling about the company already - I had applied for two different positions and at the first interview they only described one job, where you could work your way up to management. They said they were only around for four months (previous company was lionshare, I believe? - said they had to change name because another company in Kansas already had the name). Claimed they were partnered with Costco and ATT, and would set up kiosks in Costco to sell different products for the companies they were partnered with. How does a company that is only around for four months partner with such big names? Anyways, waiting for almost a half hour and decided to do some more research on the company. It seems like the interview process has been similar, according to another review on Glassdoor. I don't think I'll be taking the position but will use the free wifi for now to put in more applications elsewhere... not thrilled about driving an hour to get to the interview at 10 AM just to find out I had to wait in line...

Interview
I applied through ZipRecuiter and heard back within a day about coming in for an interview. I was eager since I just graduated from college and didn't expect to hear back that soon. I drove over an hour for the interview and waited in a room filled with interviewees coming in and out. When brought into the interview room, I said "looks like you're very busy today with interviews!" The man replied with "yeah, this should be your shortest interview ever." *First red flag* I sat down and showed the man my resume and an application they had me fill out while I was waiting. He turned the paper over and started writing on the back asking "do you have a car?" "do you have your own computer?" and "do you have sales experience?" I did not (minus working in a restaurant- which doesn't really count) which is when I asked, "why? I applied for the Event Promotion position so I don't understand why I would need sales experience?" The man proceeded to tell me the position was not available and only sales jobs were available. He then told me I didn't have enough sales experience to be hired... If you are looking for a sales position, this may be perfect for you, but be careful!

Interview
Runn.... it is not worth the time or energy. Pyramid Scheme 100%. Communication was not there and the position that i thought i was interviewing for was not the one given. Also, i had to wait for almost an hour just for a 10 min interview which i found to be annoying. Do not let the location fool you. Its a nice office but the company is being operating out of one office room the size of a closet out of the whole office building.
